If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal date
  • The request must be submitted through our support channels
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service

3. What is NOT Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date
  • Free trial periods (as no payment was made)
  • Partial subscription periods (refunds are for the full billing cycle)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Third-party services or add-ons not provided directly by Importify

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email address and the reason for the refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it immediately. However, please note:

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank

The exact timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution.

6. Account Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • Your paid subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • You will lose access to all premium features
  • Your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if applicable)
  • Any imported products and data will be retained based on the free tier limits

7. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference between cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but maintains access until the end of the current billing period. No refund for the current period.
  • Refund: Returns the payment for the current billing period and immediately terminates access to paid features.

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

If you purchased a subscription with a promotional discount or special offer:

  • Refunds will be issued for the amount actually paid
  • Promotional codes or discounts cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash
  • Special pricing offers may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase

9. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

For existing subscriptions, the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply for that billing cycle.
